Preparation
Take your Steak and grill in pan or on Bar B Q pit.  Season steak with salt, pepper and Lawry's
seasoning salt and cook completely.  After cooking steak wrap in paper towel and press as much
fat/juice out of the steak.  This reduced the fat of the meat by approx 35 percent.  After that cut the
steak into manageable pieces.  After this place tortilla shell flat and add your ingredients.    Using
all low fat cheeses and sour cream and using a lean steak help considerably to reduce the fat of
the meal.  If you want to make the meal even less fat you can not use sour cream and substitute
salsa or another ingredient.   This meal is still healthy but is pushing the limits for sure.   Take
